Não sei mexer com PHP etc.. mais eu tinha esse ake se nao me engano ele é um acm que tem tudo isso (Y)

Isso ai não é um script do modo que ele está pedindo.
Isto é o código da página de registro do painel de controle L2 Account ZS.
Isto ai é para criar um conta, e também não funciona assim, tem que estar acompanhado do CSS e dos demais arquivos.

É bem difícil encontrar estes scripts, eu não os tenho mais. Eu recomendo que procure um xamaee ou então o Dudu e os questionem se podem fazer scripts com ligação ao banco de dados MsSQL.
