Como fazer ENCHANT 100%?

Boa noite pessoal!

Pessoal estou querendo fazer uma Scroll 100% como eu faço sem ser o Blessed?
Vir no forum que tem o Crystal Scroll mais coloquei ele com 100% e quebra.

Astry gatin isso não é enchant brother é 100 % para a pedra de element que se poem no set ou na weapom esse 100% evita que a pedra falhe ! enchant nas configs é apenas scrols enchant normal e blessed o que é 100% são as divine enchant !

Ja estão 100% é configurada automaticamente =)
