abra o "PWServer.conf" com o bloco de notas e edita o seguinte texto.

cobd0="C:\SERVER-PW\coLinux\pwserver\PWServer.ext3"
# Swap device, should be an empty file with 128..512MB.
cobd1="C:\SERVER-PW\coLinux\pwserver\PWServer"

edita a llinha para onde esta o seu PWServer.ext3

cobd0="C:\SERVER-PW\coLinux\pwserver\PWServer.ext3"

e aqui tambem.
cobd1="C:\SERVER-PW\coLinux\pwserver\PWServer"
