[Gracia Final] Problema com "RegisterGameServer.bat"

Ola galera boa tarde! Estou com um problema na hora de logar meu server online via no-ip, já olhei em mil sites como configurar via no ip, fiz tudo direitinho e não loga online.

Ai esta as configurações

LoginServer:
