[Interlude] Problemas nas skils de argmentes rvs frozen

To com um problema nas skill de argumente tipow ta la a skil na arma eu eu ativo a skil tipo fica normal la no slot dos buffs so quando eu tiro a arma a skil some da slot do buff.Resumindo a skil so fica no slot dos buff quando eu to com a arma na mao me ajudem por favor.

Isso pode ser corrigido de 2 formas tanto no java quanto na xml da skill vendo as linhas dela onde cita o uso da weapom porque o java é pior e complicado porem mais eficiente !
