Caso você não tenha o NO - IP e não queria por, pode colocar igual acima.

1° muito provavelmente isso não é problema com sua configuração é problema com seu Hexid.
Bom caro amigo isso me parasse que seu "hexid" não ta funfando vc vai ter que fazer um "registergameserve" vá no diretório "\serve\login" depôs execute o "registergamerserve" ele vai executa e espera vc dar um comando digiti : 11(alguns serve vai ser necessário números com 2 dígitos por isso sugeri 11). vai aparecer

pressione qualquer tecla para continuar...

pronto dentro do seu login vai gerar um arkivo com o nome "hexid(server 11)" renomei apenas para "hexid" pronto, jogue dentro do seu "gamerserve/config" e pronto.
