Ok here leave a new version of L2FILEDIT remodeled with so many changes.

+ Fits into the context menu in Windows Explorer, which is very convenient for quick viewing;
+ As large files are sometimes a long time open, the screen saver appears when you open a Windows Explorer menu;
+ Support of all the chronicles, for which there DDF files;
+ Localization file does not matter (-en ->-r,-en ->-ru)
+ Correct display of the Russian language in the files;
+ Robin chronicles to open the file;

No need to fix the program code to change the chronicles. Chronicle added to the ini file, name of the chronicles and the relative path to the DDF files.
