não testei as configurações no gracia como gm mais tenta ai,

Login Server\config - loginserver.properties
abra com o bloco de notas e edite os números em vermelho com o seu IP.

EX:# This is transmitted to the clients connecting from an external network, so it has to be a public IP or resolvable hostname
ExternalHostname = 189.106.15.184

# This is transmitted to the client from the same network, so it has to be a local IP or resolvable hostname
InternalHostname = 189.106.15.184

# The address on which login will listen for GameServers, use * to bind on all available IPs
LoginHostname = 189.106.15.184

depois vá em Game Server\config - Server.properties

EX:
# This is transmitted to the clients connecting from an external network, so it has to be a public IP or resolvable hostname
# If this ip is resolvable by Login just leave *
ExternalHostname = 189.106.15.184

# This is transmitted to the client from the same network, so it has to be a local IP or resolvable hostname
# If this ip is resolvable by Login just leave *
InternalHostname = 189.106.15.184

# The Loginserver host and port
LoginPort = 9014
LoginHost = 189.106.15.184

faça o mesmo na pasta system.
caso não ache onde deve alterar CTRL + F (no bloco de notas)
e localize o que desejar.
