Para não ter problemas mais com isso, eu recomendo que você desative a opção de custom_spawnlist.
Como fazer isso?
Simple, go to directory: ..\gameserver\config\functions\l2jfrozen.propertie s
Depois mude todas as configs para False.

DeleteGmSpawnOnCustom = False

Now work perfectly.
