Amigo.. proceda da seguinte forma:
vai na pasta config e abri o o arquivo allsetings e faz dessa forma:

SkillDurationList = AQUI É ONDE VC VAI POR OS ID'S E TEMPO DOS BUFFS QUE VC QUER OK.
a linha que está em vermelho e onde vc vai por os buffs referente ao tempo que vc deseja... no caso ali ACIMA esta como exemplo... vc pega o arquivo com os ID's e tempo dos buffs que vc quer e coloca ali onde ta em vermelho.
Lembrando que o tempo dos buffs é em segundos ok!!

Amigo... to postando aki o arquivo com buffs de 2 horas de duração ok.
se kiser modificar os tempos dos buffs fique avontade e deixe a seu gosto.
