Vai em gameserver/config/custom/l2jcustom (pod ser o nome do seu projeto), e procura essa linha:

Chat title vc colocando true é pra aparecer o titulo e em charaddtitle é o nome do titulo q vc quer q aparece, no caso em char addtitle na sua print ta l2jrox.
